Orders flow via an interface from our B2B customers' platform into our app, which automatically selects suitable couriers. Consumers order as usual, conveniently via your app or website.

Order transmission

Our bidirectional interface transfers the order, including all relevant information, directly to Fleetlery. During the entire delivery process, you receive continuous status updates, e.g. on the courier's location and delivery time.

Dispatching

Our AI-supported dispatching algorithm selects the ideal courier from our Germany-wide courier pool. We agree the selection criteria with you so that your service levels are met at all times.

Collection

As soon as the courier confirms the order, he makes his way to the pick-up location. A geo-fence confirms the arrival automatically, without any manual input. The process can be tracked live for you and the consumer.

Delivery

Delivery to consumers is reliable and transparent. Here too, the geo-fence supports seamless status tracking. Optionally, proof of delivery can be stored by photo or signature.

Support

If a consumer cannot be reached, the courier calls them directly and anonymously via the Fleetlery app. If this is also unsuccessful, Fleetlery Live Support is called in to help solve the problem.
